Copies of Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) Equivalence Certificate(s) must be submitted by students who are from GCE O / A Level, High School, or International Baccalaureate (IB) The IBCC Equivalence must be in Pre-Medical with at least 660 / 1100 marks.

The candidate willing to get admission in MBA (1.5 year) program must have: BBA/B.Com (Hons) /MBA/M.Com; 16 years of education in Business Administration/ Management Sciences from a chartered university with a minimum of 2nd division or with minimum of 2 CGPA.

Applicants who have successfully completed Master/MS/M. Phil or 18 Year equivalent degree programs are eligible to apply for admission at University of South Asia subject to meeting the following admission criteria for the selected program. In the case of a foreign qualification, an equivalence certificate from HEC is mandatory.
The candidate willing to get admission in PhD program must have:
M.Phil. /MS/Equivalent degree with research thesis with CGPA ≥ 3.00/4.00 or OPM ≥70% under semester system or first division in the annual system. The candidates holding M.Phil./MS degrees from abroad shall provide equivalence degree certificate from HEC.
The candidate shall apply for admission on the prescribed form along with a ‘Proposed Research Idea’ to the relevant Department.
The candidate shall have to pass the University/ Departmental Ph.D. Admission Test, with at least 70% marks or have passed GRE subject test with at least 60% marks.
The Department shall scrutinize the applications duly assessing the academic qualifications, work experience, and research publication (if any) and, with the approval of Dean, shall generate a merit list of successful candidate based on following criteria:
Academic qualifications 60 marks
Publications in HEC approved Journals 2 marks per publication (Max.10 marks)
Professional experience in relevant field 1 mark for each year (Max.05 marks)
Interview 25 marks (mandatory to pass)
