From the first semester, students begin developing practical skills in communication, ICT, AI-supported creativity, entrepreneurship, programming, mathematical reasoning, and computing foundations. This means students do not wait until graduation to become useful. During the program, they can start building digital portfolios, practice coding projects, support small websites, create technical documentation, prepare basic dashboards, and explore safe beginner technology services under guidance. The general BS Computer Science pathway gives students a broad computing foundation instead of attaching one specialization title. Students study core computing courses and a market-relevant mixed elective basket from approved HEC specialization clusters so they can remain flexible for software, data, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and product-oriented career directions. Admission Requirements
Applicants must have completed Higher Secondary School Certificate, A-Levels, or an IBCC-recognized equivalent qualification involving at least 12 years of schooling with at least 50% marks. Students should have studied Mathematics at Intermediate level. Students who have not studied Mathematics must complete 6 credit hours of Mathematics deficiency courses during the first year, including zero semester where applicable.
