Purpose of the Program

The Bachelors of Building & Construction (BBAC) program is designed for students who are particularly interested in engineering aspects of building design. The educational objective of the four year degree (BBAC) program is to prepare the students with fundamental engineering competence in the analysis and design of building and their systems.

        Admission Requirements

        FSc Pre-Engineering, ICS and FSc Pre-Medical, A Level or American High School Diploma(Deficiency Courses ) with minimum 50% marks and no 3rd division in matriculation.

        Associate Degree Programs (ADP) in the relevant disciplines with a Minimum 2.00 CGPA

        50% passing marks in Admission Test are required for admission.

        Construction Manager

        Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Responsible for budget management, scheduling, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

        Building Services Engineer

        Designs and oversees the installation of essential services in buildings, such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems.

        Project Planner/Scheduler

        Develops schedules and timelines for construction projects, coordinates resources, and monitors progress to ensure projects stay on track.

        Sustainability Consultant

        Advises on sustainable building practices, energy efficiency, and environmental impact reduction strategies in construction projects.

        Construction Estimator

        Prepares estimates and bids for construction projects, analyzing costs of materials, labor, and equipment to determine project budgets.

        Architect

        Designs and plans the layout, structure, and aesthetics of buildings and other structures. Works closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring designs to fruition.

        Civil Engineer

        Designs and oversees construction of projects. Involves planning, analysis, and ensuring projects comply with regulations and safety standards.
