Appear in the admission test
Pass the test with 60% marks
Students who pass can join premium Educational program
Acceptance or rejection letter is issues
Last date for fee deposit is given
Admission of Students who don’t pay dues are cancelled.
Every Saturday and Wednesday admission test will be conducted.
Test will be conducted on computers.
Results will be announced the next day and informed to the students on WhatsApp and email.

Admission Process

  1. Fill out the admission form.
  2. Pay the application fee of Rs. 5,000.
  3. Appear for the admission test.
  4. Pass the test with a minimum of 60% marks.
  5. Students who pass the test can enroll in the premium educational program.
  6. An acceptance or rejection letter will be issued.
  7. The last date for fee deposit will be clearly indicated on the fee voucher.
  8. Admission will be canceled for students who do not pay the required dues by the deadline.
  9. Admission tests are conducted every Saturday and Wednesday.
  10. Tests will be conducted on computers.
  11. Test results will be announced the next day and communicated to students via WhatsApp and Email.

Degree Completion Requirements

To be eligible for the award of the Bachelor of Studies in English, students must fulfill the following minimum academic requirements:

  1. a) Successful completion of all General Education courses as outlined in the HEC Undergraduate Education Policy Version 1.1. This includes mandatory courses such as:
    • Pakistan Studies
    • Understanding of Holy Quran – I
    • Understanding of Holy Quran – II
  2. b) Completion of a minimum of 136 credit hours as prescribed in the approved curriculum structure.
  3. c) Completion of a Capstone Project worth 3 credit hours in accordance with the HEC Undergraduate Education Policy V 1.1. This is a mandatory requirement and cannot be substituted with additional coursework, internship, or field experience.
  4. d) Completion of a supervised internship worth 3 credit hours in alignment with the HEC Undergraduate Education Policy V 1.1. This requirement is compulsory and cannot be replaced by coursework, capstone, or research project.
  5. e) A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00 out of 4.00 must be maintained at the time of graduation. However, individual universities may establish a higher CGPA requirement as per their academic standards.
  6. f) The minimum duration for completing the degree is 8 regular semesters (4 years). The maximum permissible duration is 12 regular semesters (6 years). Under exceptional circumstances, an extension of up to 2 additional semesters (or 1 extra year) may be granted, subject to the approval of the university’s competent statutory body. Please note that summer semesters are not classified as regular semesters.
