Admission Guidelines
Everything you need to join the University of South Asia for Fall 2026 — how to apply, eligibility by program, provisional admission and the refund policy.
Admission Process

Step 01
Apply Online
Submit the online application through our website or visit any of our campuses. No payment is required to apply.

Step 02
Review & Phone Evaluation
An admissions counsellor reviews your application and calls you to confirm your program choice, your eligibility and the documents required.

Step 03
Provisional Offer & Admission and Registration Fee
Eligible applicants receive a provisional admission offer with the voucher for the Rs 30,000 one-time Admission and Registration Fee.

Step 04
Fee Verification & Tuition
Once your Admission and Registration Fee is verified, your tuition voucher is issued. You may pay 50% of your first semester tuition now and the balance by the announced due date.

Step 05
Admission Confirmed
Your admission is confirmed once your documents are verified — and, for awaiting-result applicants, once the final result meets the program eligibility.
- You will be asked for your Matric & Intermediate certificates or result cards, CNIC or B-Form, and photographs during the review stage.
- No entry test or interview for Bachelor and ADP programs, unless notified by the University or a relevant regulatory body.
- LLB requires the HEC LAT (minimum 50%).
- BS Computer Science & its tracks require Mathematics at HSSC level; eligible Pre-Medical students complete deficiency courses instead.
- GAT / HAT / GRE or the University Admission Test is required for MPhil and PhD programs.
- Forged or incorrect documents/information shall lead to cancellation of admission.

Provisional Admission & Program Change
- If you are still waiting for your result, you can take provisional admission; your admission is confirmed once your final result meets the program’s eligibility.
- If your final result does not meet the requirement for your chosen program, the University will guide you to another program you qualify for (subject to marks, subject background, seat availability and University rules).
- If you decide not to continue, your tuition refund follows the University/HEC refund policy; the Rs 30,000 Admission and Registration Fee is non-refundable.
Refund Policy (HEC, Revised 2024)
Tuition refund is calculated from the commencement of classes (weekends included):
