A Seminar and walk to create awareness about Breast Cancer under Pink Ribbon was arranged by Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, and organized by ' Health Care and Blood Donation Society" University of South Asia Raiwind Road Campus
The Honourable Pro-Vice Chancellor; Dr. Muhammad Akram Ch., Director Academics, Mr. Shahid Hussain and Faculty members graced the event.
Dr. Mahnoor Farrukh Clinical Dietitian (Nestle Health Sciences) was the Guest of Honour and Resource Person of the event. She discussed the screening, self assessment, risk factors of cancer and the contemporary approaches towards leading a healthy lifestyle with good dietary habits for avoiding carcinogens in detail later on the seminar was followed by Awareness Walk.
The event was well organized and appreciated by the participants.
