There is no fairy godmother who can magically turn your grades from Cs into As–– for that you’ll have to use your own determination and effort! One specific thing about people who fail is they don’t show their fullest engagement to their projects or aims they target on. They lack in having the necessary commitment, which results them in performing their work only half-way, engendering failure and obstruction. The key in completing projects extraordinary successful is to focus on all your passion, fullest attention and commitment. Moreover, by working hard and following these handy study techniques and tips, you can surely improve your grades in no time and there are then no chances for you to flunk rather you can score the highest.

Setting up for being on top:

There are some simple steps that can take you right to the top. They are as follows:

  • Be more focused to better analyze. The best thing you can do to bring about improvement is to focus  when the information is first presented to you. It is easy to lose focus when you don’t find something interesting, but you shouldn’t  tune that out. Keep yourself engaged.
  • Ask questions when you don’t comprehend. When you don’t understand a concept in a lecture or anything you encounter in your text books, never be afraid to ask. Smart people don’t just get everything instantly, they’re curious enough to ask and seek answers when they don’t know something/
  • Don’t procrastinate. Waiting till the end of the quarter to study or even worse, cramming the night before a test just dooms you to poor grades. Cramming leads you to remember things incorrectly or not at all. Your brain won’t have enough time to really understand the material and log it away. So you should set aside time to go over the material from the previous week and make sure you remember everything.
  • Make a study guide. A study guide always breaks up the information which might be covered on the test and then lists out the most important facts and ideas. Make one for yourself every time you complete a unit and you will be ready for anything that will be thrown your way.
  • Use memorization techniques. You’ll probably have to do at least a little memorizing, for information that you can’t remember easily. Different people memorize things better or worse using different techniques, so you’ll probably have to do some experimenting. The most important thing is to remember to start the process early and spend a lot of time working on it, so that your brain has enough time and experience to really log it away.
  • Practice time management. A lot of the time we feel like we’ve spent more time on studying than we really have (because of distractions) or we’ll feel like we shouldn’t spend more time on studying because we have so little free time to begin with. When you cut out activities that really don’t add anything to your life, you’ll find that you have way more time for both studying and relaxing! Really prioritize what’s important and you’ll be setting aside a good amount of time for study before you know it.
  • Quiz yourself to avoid failure. Try and replicate exam situations as much as possible. You can set yourself a quiz or practice exam questions, so as you approach it with the right mindset, you can always get a very good idea of how much you know. You get a greater insight of where you stand and to what extent you’ve studied so far.
  • Make a study plan only to achieve the highest score. In order to attain success ,you need to know what you want to achieve. This is why it is tremendously important to set your Study Goals and framework to yourself what you need to do. It makes complete sense to have a flexible study plan as opposed to a rigid one. It should be expansive enough to allow you to add and change features but concise enough so you know you’re casing each subject/topic as best you can at any point.
  • Create mental associations to stand out. The capacity to make connections is not only an simpler way to remember information, but it’s the fuel of intelligence and creativity. Steve Jobs famously said “Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something”.
  • Study in groups. Studying in groups can help you accumulate new insights to enhance your learning experience. This is an innovative spin on the traditional study formula. This tool lets you share resources, argue about ideas and interact with members of your team or group project.
  • Meditate to be on top. Studies reflects that meditation can help the students stay focused when studying. Not only meditation helps  you concentrate when studying but it will help reduce pre-exam stress as it ensures both mental and physical health.
  • Practice, practice and practice. Practicing sample answers can help train your brain to retrieve information. Create realistic, exam-like condition and test your understanding.

Tell your mind each time that you will no longer be a bit of catastrophe rather by utmost devotions you can make a difference and reach for stars.
