About Program

The ADP Botany program is offer to give the students a comprehensive knowledge that would develop a critical insight into the specialized areas of science with an applied approach starting from cellular level to molecular approach in Biochemistry. Genetics has become requisite element of more or less all research in modern biology and medicine.

Program Learning Outcomes

Student will learn about a range of plant diversity in terms of structure, function and environmental relationships; evaluation of plant diversity and the role of plants in the functioning of the global ecosystem.

Students learn to carry out practical work, in the field and in the laboratory, with minimal risk.

Apply the knowledge of basic science, life sciences and fundamental process of plants to study and analyze any plant form.

Design solutions from medicinal plants for health problems, disorders and disease of human beings and estimate the phytochemical content of plants which meet the specified needs to appropriate consideration for the public health.
